1. High frequency, high precision, low noise

　Achieves high frequency through a varicap and high precision via a temperature compensation circuit, covering a wide frequency range with low noise.

2. Compensation of Frequency temperature characteristics for crystal oscillator
　compensates the frequency characteristics of the crystal oscillator with built-in memory (OTP) and temperature compensation circuits.

3. Compact and low power consumption
　can be implemented in a compact package of size 2.0mm x 1.6mm, with low power consumption of 12mA typical (156MHz, 1.8V, LVDS)

Oscillation frequency: 100MHz ~ (500MHz*1) (fundamental wave)

Operating temperature：-40°C ~+125°C
