[High stability Differential output crystal oscillator IC]

OVERVIEW

The WF7070 is a high stability differential output oscillator IC for 5th generation mobile communication systems (5G) and 5G with enhanced functions such as ultra-low latency and multiple simultaneous connections (post 5G).

It supports a wide frequency range and +125℃ operation, and the frequency-temperature characteristics of the crystal can be compensated by the built-in memory (OTP) and temperature compensation circuit. 

Furthermore, it achieves the low jitter characteristics required for post-5G, and can be mounted in a small 20x16 size package.

  The characteristics of the output frequency vary depending on the characteristics of the crystal blankand the assembly condition of the oscillator. Therefore, please use it under sufficient evaluation.
