Overview
5060/5061/5062 series are oscillator ICs with excellent low phase noise characteristics, wide frequency range and 2.5V/3.5V operation, operable in the temperature up to 125°C. They employ regulator drive with low drive level and adequate negative resistance which are appropriate for small 3rd overtone oscillator, making these devices ideal for crystal oscillator modules of miniature package.
5060 series : LV-PECL output, 50MHz to 220MHz (3rd overtone oscillation), 25MHz to 250MHz(fundamental oscillation)
5061 series : LVDS output, 50MHz to 220MHz (3rd overtone oscillation), 25MHz to 250MHz(fundamental oscillation)
5062 series : HCSL output, 100MHz to 175MHz (3rd overtone oscillation), 25MHz to 175MHz(fundamental oscillation)

*1. The recommended operating frequency is a yardstick value derived from the crystal used for NPC characteristics authentication. However, the oscillator frequency band is not guaranteed. Specifically, the characteristics can vary greatly due to crystal characteristics and mounting conditions, so the oscillation characteristics of components must be carefully evaluated.
