Application

Biological signal analysis by optical sensor

  • Amount of hemoglobin according to the heartbeat could be measured by using the nature that hemoglobin would selectively absorb green colored light.
  • Medical equipment to visualize the arteries and the veins and healthcare application.

Image diagnostic equipment, Pulse oximeter, Thermometer(Contactless), Blood sugar meter etc.

※ Since hemoglobin will absorb green colored light,
so amount of light which enters to the sensor will be less when a lots of hemoglobin will exist.

Capture the image by linear image sensor

  • There will be the flexibility that scanning width of the image could be expanded by connecting multiple linear image sensors in parallel.
  • Application including image recognition function such as Business card scanner and Facsimile etc.

Spectrometer based on optical sensor

  • Spectrometer consists of linear image sensor, lens, mirror and grating etc.
  • Application including optical analysis or optical measurement functions.
  1. Incident light will become parallel rays through correlation mirror.
  2. This parallel rays will enter to the reflective type grating and will be spectrally dispersed by wavelengths.
  3. Spectral light will be converged by focus mirror and will enter to the Linear image sensor.
  4. According to the input light to the linear image sensor, specific output will be observed corresponding to the wavelength of the rays.

Spot Sensor:Specifications

ICs integrating photo diode and light detection circuit.

Stable output is possible within the operation temperature range with integrated dark current correlation circuit.

Parallel operation of multiple ICs is possible. It can be used as pseudo linear image sensor.
