[Differential output (LV-PECL/LVDS/HCSL) Oscillator ICs]
Overview
5060/5061/5062 series are oscillator ICs with excellent low phase noise characteristics, wide frequency range and 2.5V/3.5V operation, operable in the temperature up to 125°C. They employ regulator drive with low drive level and adequate negative resistance which are appropriate for small 3rd overtone oscillator, making these devices ideal for crystal oscillator modules of miniature package.
5060 series : LV-PECL output, 50MHz to 220MHz (3rd overtone oscillation), 25MHz to 250MHz(fundamental oscillation) 5061 series : LVDS output, 50MHz to 220MHz (3rd overtone oscillation), 25MHz to 250MHz(fundamental oscillation) 5062 series : HCSL output, 100MHz to 175MHz (3rd overtone oscillation), 25MHz to 175MHz(fundamental oscillation)
