A low power voltage version (1.8 V) is newly added in differential output SPXO IC 5061/5062 series which has low phase noise characteristic.
3rd over tone oscillation with frequency 100 MHz to 175 MHz is supported and stable output can be obtained by using low drive level oscillation circuit suitable for crystal oscillator used for small package oscillation module.
