Overview

Since the products 7701 series has two oscillation circuits, it is possible to generate both the frequency of 32.768kHz and the frequency signal of MHz band by using only one IC. In addition, by using the above the products 7701 series , customers only need to prepare AT-cut crystal blanks, which reduce workload and costs for customers’ oscillator production. The products 7701 series is also possible to output only the 32.768kHz frequency signal by the control signal to the mode terminal. When outputting only the 32.768kHz frequency signal, it operates with ultra-low current consumption.

The products 7701 series has One Time Programmable memory (OTP) in it. This makes it possible to adjust the oscillation frequency and output frequency after assembling the crystal oscillator module.
