Overview

The 7101series is crystal oscillator ICs which output CMOS with both f0 adjustment function and frequency deviding function. The oscillator circuit stage has a voltage regulator drive, which reduces current consumption and frequency deviation due to fluctuations in the supply voltage. Even with those enhanced functions built in, its small chip size enables it to be implemented in a 1612 package.

*1. The recommended operating frequency is a yardstick value derived from the crystal used for NPC characteristics authentication. However, the oscillator frequency band is not guaranteed. Specifically, the characteristics can vary greatly due to crystal characteristics and mounting conditions, so the oscillation characteristics of components must be carefully evaluated.

*2. Division function is set by our customers. The default setting is the fosc output.

The 7101 series is a product manufactured based on the quality system (quality standard AEC-Q100) as the automotive use IC, and we can provide services for PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) upon customer request.
