The ΣDECO SM5883A, fabricated using NPC's Molybdenum-gate CMOS process, are D/A converter ICs for digital audio, that provide all the basic converter functions in miniature 8-pin packages. They each feature built-in 8-times oversampling digital filter, ΣΔ jitter-compensated D/A converter, and post-analog lowpass filter converter stages required for digital audio. They can sample at up to 96kHz for 16-bit input word length.
