Divide-by-512 Frequency Output, Crystal Oscillator Module ICs
Description

The 5029A is crystal oscillator module IC with divide-by-512 frequency output. It employs a 16.777216MHz fundamental frequency crystal source oscillator to generate a 32.768kHz output crystal oscillator with excellent temperature characteristics.

Frequency-temperature deviation and clock error (an indication)
Clock error is around 26 sec when after continued operation in a 10ppm frequency-temperature deviation environment.
[Method of calculation]
1 month (30 days) is converted to 2,592,000 sec.
When frequency-temperature deviation is 10 ppm, clock error is 2,592,000 x 10 x 10^ -6 = 25.92 ≈ 26 sec.
