SEIKO NPC Corporation (HQ: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Hiroaki Okawa) has released CMOS IC “7101 series” for crystal oscillator modules.

Description

The 7101series is crystal oscillator module CMOS IC with both f0 adjustment function and frequency dividing function. The oscillator circuit stage has a voltage regulator drive, which reduces current consumption and frequency deviation due to fluctuations in the supply voltage. Even with those enhanced functions built in, its small chip size enables it to be implemented in a 1612 package.
