SM9104AF is a Head Amplifier for DVD-RAM/ROM that can operate and amplify current signals of laser pick-up photodiodes used in DVD-ROM/RAM equipments. SM9104AF features Gain switching function, Push-pull signal output for tracking, and High-speed push-pull signal output for addressing signal in 48-pin LQFP package.

SM9404AF is a Read Channel IC for DVD-RAM(4.7GB single-sided disk, 6x-speed) and CD-ROM(32x-speed), that functions various detection such as Defect, Ripple signal, BCA signal, CAPA, DPD, and Wobble signal. SM9404AF features Equalizer for waveform equivalence, PLL function for data separation, Laser driving for CD-ROM, and Analog servo signal processing for DVD in 100-pin QFP package.
